Gate 42 - The Gate of Growth

Hello, growth! As the sun itself moves in a cycle, year in and year out, the gate of growth also enables us to see life as a cycle.

With this gate activated, we see the importance of closures, and we can stand firm in the cycles of life.

Growth happens when we ditch the linear way of living our lives, and instead incorporate a lifestyle of flowing with the cycles.

A flower does not question that it goes from a small bud to a beautiful flower, and when fall comes it slowly dies and at the same time gives compost to next year’s flower. It is the circle of life, indeed.

The gate of growth can on the shadow side move over to be a bit greedy and to anticipate and wanting to predetermine every outcome of what is. If you find yourself finding ways around what is uncomfortable so there will be no or lesser pain, remember that you will not be stuck in a rut forever. Dare to go through whatever life throws at you, and share your growth with others so they can grow as well.
