Gate 51 - The Gate of Shock

As the sun continues to move through the Human Design mandala, it is now time to enter the gate of shock. 

This gate is not about being the best, but it is definitely about being the first. Do you have the drive to invent something completely new? Or to do something that no one else has done before you? 

While others might find you brave or even foolhardy, you might be so focused on hitting your target before anyone else, that you do not always consider the consequences. 

You create transformation through shock. And you also know that something has to die metaphorically to create true transformation. 

When you are on the gift side of the gate of shock, you are naturally spontaneous, you listen in, you will see new roads to try out, and you will also inspire others to choose their roads to walk down. 

Should you be more on the shadow side, you might easily maximize a crisis, freak out, or enter fight mode. You might even chicken out from a situation, so if you find yourself lurking away with your tail tucked in underneath you, check in to see where you are at in your life right now. Is the gate of shock too much for you at the moment?

As with all gates, check in with your inner authority and use your strategy before you implement whatever comes through to you.
