Gate 36 - The Gate of Crisis

Oh dear, hold on tight. Today the sun moves into the gate of crisis found in our solar plexus. Emotional crisis, hello!

These coming days can offer us so much wisdom through experiencing emotional crises. And our experiences can in the end give us greater compassion for others, and be useful to help others. 

Do you often have huge and sometimes unrealistic expectations? If your expectations are not met over the coming days, be aware that you might move from shattered dreams and hopes to reality through an emotional crisis 

This is a gate that offers a lot of growth opportunities. Let it. Be kind to yourself. Look for sparks of light in your darkest moments. Trust the process. 

If you find yourself being distanced, insensitive, and do-I-look-like-I-give-a-F to those surrounding you; take a breath, retreat, and journal what is going on in your life right now. 

The gate of crisis is activated to contribute to your growth, and not to break your inner spirit.
